Please help- Bleeding Postpartum

I am going on my 12th week postpartum.

I decided to have an orgasm tonight to see if it would hurt (I’ve heard sometimes orgasms hurt for a while postpartum). I had no pain. I had mild cramping a few minutes after. I am also on what I think is my first postpartum period. I am day 4. Day one was light but continued to get heavy, day two was heavy, yesterday was heavy but then slowed down quite a bit. Today it pretty much stopped. I only had brown spotting.

A few minutes after I orgasmed, bright/dark blood started running down my legs. It started coming out kind of quickly. Now it is coming out when I pee in little drops.

Should I be worried? I have never had a kid before so i don’t know what normal is.

I went to the doctor the first day of my suspected period and he b elieved it was my period.
