Took my first dose of letrozole CD 3-7. I am now currently CD 43 with no period in sight. Had slight spotting 2-3 days ago that lasted maybe 3-4 days. Not enough to fill a pad or tampon. Only noticed when I would wipe. Did letrozole make you have a longer cycle??
