Good signs? Anyone feel symptoms as early as 1dpo

Today randomly, dear mom texts me asking if I'm pregnant! Lol mind you she has no idea me and DH have been ttc for the past 5 months, this being the 6th.  Take about bizarre.  I'm only 1dpo positive test yesterday and I feel extremely nauseous, so much so I had to run to the bathroom on lunch break to puke.  Yesterday I experienced a lot of cramping which isn't a norm for me.  I never cramp on o day only a few days leading up to it.  Sounds promising I hope this is our lucky sixth month.  We decided to take a break after this month too.
