Mastitis?

Does this look like mastitis? I tried googling and it gives the worst advice. My boob is sore and itchy sometimes get a burning pain on my nipple when baby feeds. No other symptoms. first two pics are from Friday last pic is from today

Mastitis you have flu like symptoms with fever. Looks more like a clogged duct

If you don't have fever put your baby to work! He is the only one how can help you, it can hurt horrible but every minute you don't latch your baby on, the more close you are to a mastitis, relax mamá, YOU HAVE THIS. 
You need to empty your boob, put your baby in different positions so you assure to empty the boob. 
If need it grab a warm/hot clean water and put your nipple inside, and massage til the clean water transform to a glass of milk. The more empty your boob is the far away you are to a mastitis. You don't want a mastitis. Never. Run. 
In my case, I passed maybe two weeks running away the mastitis, I had a clogged duct, because MY BABY BITE WAY TO STRONG AND  DIDN'T ALLOW MY NIPPLE TO REACH THE BACK OF HER THROAT this was fix after I visit the puricultor (I'm from Argentine don't know how you may know it, it's the specialist in lactation)

Hard to say. Maybe a clogged duct. Hot showers and gentle massage. Let baby latch or pump as much as you can. Some believe in Sunflower Lecithin to help relieve clogged ducts. Amazon has lactation massagers that have helped me combat the start of clogged ducts. I hope you feel better 🫶🏼
