Lines getting lighter?

Does it seem like the second test is a lot lighter?

I just found out on 4th of July that I was pregnant and I went into the er for cramping and was told my hcg level was only at 18. I was told to follow up with my dr on Monday, July 8th to get more blood work and another ultrasound but I’m afraid I won’t be able to see my dr due to the hurricane hitting us possibly tonight so I’ve been taking pregnancy tests to make sure I’m still pregnant and see line progression

Could the lighter line just mean my hcg hasn’t doubled yet or could this mean possible miscarriage?

Also this is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never experienced a miscarriage before
