Please help! 9 weeks pregnant terrible cramping after sex

I will call my early pregnancy unit if carries on within the hour just want advice. I just had sex about 2 hours ago and I'm in so much pain cramping. I've had quite a crampy first trimester anyway- and been diagnosed with a sub chorionic haematoma. I don't know what to do with myself its awful and radiating to my back and hips and thighs. However no bleeding. I've had to take co-codamol which they prescribed me when i went in at 5 weeks with pain.

When i rang my unit with cramping before they said call back if bleeding etc. But this pain really isn't normal i can't do my daily activities.

Did anyone else have this?
