HCG levels- update from latest post

Regarding to my latest post- had my HCG levels taken wednesday through bloodwork and a follow up on saturday with more bloodwork. Results came back, showed I was at 124,238H on Wednesday and as of Saturday at 131,122H. I’ve never read these, not sure what they mean, all I know is my OB said if I was miscarrying they would stay the same or drop- they went up around 7,000. Is this good?? Can anyone give any advice or thoughts that knows about this? I know they stop doubling at a certain point- however they did rise in a 72 hour time period by 7,000. anything helps until I hear from my OB!
