PT SESSIONS & PREGNANCY

I’ve been having 1 PT session per week since the start of the year and just last week found out I am pregnant.

I am afraid to tell my PT incase she completely changes my workout routine or stops me going. According to google, it’s completely safe to workout while pregnant. Is there specific things I shouldn’t be doing in the gym while pregnant?

I really want to continue my PT sessions for as long as I can, not only do I enjoy it, I need it for my own MH.
