Hey everyone. It’s been a long time since our last check in. How are you all doing?

I did my 2nd egg retrieval in March and am now treating endometriosis before going into a transfer. I just got my 2nd Lupron shot today and scheduled my appointment to hopefully begin my transfer cycle in 4 weeks on August 5th! So far the Lupron side effects have been way less scary than I expected. Mild headaches and some dryness down there. I was fearing the worst and pleasantly surprised. This summer has been busy and time is flying. I’m thinking I’m going to try gluten/ dairy free for this transfer cycle. I read it can help with inflammation specifically for people with Endo and autoimmune factors (I have antiphospholipid). Anyone tried either and what was the outcome?
