Normal or concerning?

2 days ago in the afternoon I had one strong cramp that lasted a minute then went away…I’ve had no symptoms since that happened. No bleeding of any kind either. Thank God. So I’m going on day 2 now of no symptoms. I am 4w 4d. I was having symptoms before this happened.

Normal? Or concerning?

Also, I do take Progesterone. So if something was wrong would it not show because I take this?
