Spotting and saw heart beat today good sign??

Today I had my 6 week ultrasound and we saw our miracle rainbow 🌈 this morning I’ was sobbing because I started spotting and I’ve had a sharp burning sensation on my lower right side so I thought I’d be miscarrying again but on the day of our ultrasound (pcos recurrent miscarriages 3) my husband is out of town on a work trip so with the past experiences I freaked out. Cried all the way to the appointment and got ready to see nothing. She went through the gestational sac and yolk sac saying they look great then showed the baby with the heart beat (115bpm)and I’m measuring 6 weeks 4 days; I thought that would reassure me but with the spotting but with my history I’m terrified that it wont make it for my next appointment in 2 weeks. My doctor said the spotting is normal especially because I had an exam last week and could be delayed bleeding and the sharp pain I’m feeling could be the cyst that I have on my right ovary. I’m praying we make it through with this one it’s our 4th pregnancy and I don’t know if I can do it again if with lose this one. Any hope or advice?
