Menstrual Clots - Are mine Normal?

Hi Ladies I need some advice!

I am 24 years old 5’1” and weigh 175. I have had Copper IUD for almost 2 years now. Usually my menstrual flow is heavy (which is a common side effect of the type of birth control I have) and comes on a regular cycle pattern. Usually day 1 is some spotting and cramping. This time around I had an unbearable amount of pain randomly and felt my flow start without notice. About 1 hour after that I start to feel really big clots (pictured). Is this normal? Or should I seek medical attention?
