Needing advice. I got my first positive at 19 DPO, which made me think I must have just ovulated late. When I went in to get the pregnancy confirmed one week ago, my hcg was at 20. Today, it was at 500. But when they called to give me my results she said that the doctor wants me to come in for an ultrasound because he’s worried I may be having an ectopic based on my numbers. My LMP was on 5/31 so based on that, my numbers would be low. But if I ovulated late, my numbers would be fine probably. But now I’m questioning if maybe I ovulated on time and didn’t get my first positive for so long BECAUSE it really is an ectopic? Does an ectopic take longer to show on a test? They can’t get me in for another week so I have a week to sit around and be terrified.
