Hcg levels

I went to the ER the day I got a BFP test July 11th just to confirm, because of my past miscarriage I had to be sure my HCG was 242.. The DR advised me to come back in 48hrs for a follow up to see if HCg levels double went back July 13 and it was 783… I’m 4 weeks and 5 days is this a good Hcg ?
