Painful hard bloating & cramps 9wks pregnant help

Please help me is this normal. I'm not just a little bit bloated, it's so painful and rock hard. I've opened my bowels today i'm not even constipated. I've been suffering with really bad cramping this pregnancy- i've called my early pregnancy unit a few times because of the cramping pain but as I'm not bleeding I haven't been asked to go in. Now I've got this bloating, I just feel something is off. All i know is my last scan at 7 weeks i had a growing haematoma and a cyst.

Is this normal?
