Call in sick from work because of a period?
Can you call in sick from work because you have cramps?
I have stayed home for 2 days because of my cramps. I have a cleaning job, it’s both physically and mentally exhausting and I can’t stand the thought of working there on my period. My cramps get so bad sometimes that I do breathing exercises or lay in a fetus position. I don’t know if it’s a valid reason to stay home for work or if I should just bite it together?
