Pregnancy after uterine polyp removal

Hi!

I’ve had irregular periods since I started menstruating. And, I was told I have PCOS. As of last year I started to wonder why I’ve never been pregnant or will I ever get pregnant.

I went to my OB last October and they started the whole infertility work up.

I’ve done the HSG which I caused me to have very heavy bleeding where I had to start taking provera but never really worked for my bleeding and I had bleeding from January - July.

I’ve had genetic testing etc, a few vaginal ultrasounds. And then I finally gotten some insight on why I haven’t gotten pregnant/ irregular periods.

On my ultrasound my OB saw 1 polyp in my uterus. Fast forward to June 18th,24. I had my surgery where they removed multiple polyps and now my uterus is totally clear.

I had a follow up with my OB and I asked what would the likelihood of pregnancy the after polyp removal and now that I have regained my menstrual period.

My doctor is still unsure I can conceive due to my PCOS.

But, I was told my husband and I can start trying at anytime.

Has anyone gotten pregnant after polyp removal ? Or with PCOS ? I have fully stopped taking provera and,

I will begin to start tracking my ovulation after my current cycle.
