HCG Levels, Is it too low?

Hi All,
I’m a bit stressed as I had my HCG done when I was sick in the hospital on July 10th and that’s when I found out I was pregnant and it was 28.7
Fast forward today July 17 my OBGYN sent in a script to Quest to check the levels and its 117. I feel like it’s super low? Is it doubling enough? I’m scared and confused, I won’t be able to speak to her till tmw so just want to get some insight.
My last period was on June 3 but I didn’t ovulate till about June 27-29. The hospital said I was brand new new. 🙏🏼😢

doubles every 48-72 hours
28.7 x 2= 57.4 
57.4 x 2= 114.8
It’s early like the doctor said. Those numbers fit in the guidelines of doubling. 
Honestly, the only way to know is time. I had doubling hcg, no bleeding and I still miscarried in April. I also had an experience with slow rising hcg, bleeding and have a healthy 3 year old laying beside me from that pregnancy.

Quick update. Went to get ultrasound today and glad that ectopic was ruled out. Slow rising HCG is one indication so was terrified.
They saw a small GS and yolk sac. But still hard to tell if this is going to be a normal pregnancy or even if it’s viable. Time will tell. Not having high hopes so I don’t get too disappointed. Need prayers! 🙏🏼
Anyone have this happen and got a healthy pregnancy and baby?
