I had intense lower back pain and cramps yesterday. This morning I had a black clot it was very small is that normal? I also had decidual cast i know that ones normal .Also my blood was drawy and the cramps hurt like hell

Cramping tends to be worse with clotting. A darker color usually indicates it’s older blood. I would say this is normal but always talk to your Doctor if you’re ever concerned about anything.

All clots are normal unless they are bigger than a quarter that’s what it can be concerning or thats what my mom tells me lol but yes that clot is normal i have one like that almost every period
