Need some advise

Last Night I took a clear blue rapid test and got a positive result after 5 ish minutes, this morning I took a digital and it said not pregnant. I have PCOS but am not sure when I ovulated because I missed my last period. We did have unprotected sex on July 5th which I’m assuming would be from this. I guess my question is, is it possible to have a positive text and a negative digital? Possibly too early for a digital? I do have very tender breast and itchy nipples that are driving me insane.
