High OPKs/multiple peaks

This cycle has not been my norm. Very consistently testing high on OPKs and i normally just have a surge/peak then back to low readings. Im wondering when would have been my fertile window/when was best days to BD? *back story* this is my 3rd cycle post TFMR at 22 weeks in April. I'm aware that my hormones may still not be back to normal yet. We're not currently trying but plan to start in September so i want to fully understand my cycles before that happens.
