Twins?

I need helpppp. So I went to my first ultrasound today I’m 7 weeks and they said there was only 1 baby. Butttttt in one of the pictures there seems to be another sac? Idk maybe im wrong but what do yall think? Idk much about the 2nd one since it’s far but id still like to know what you guys think of both pics! I mean can a baby that size possibly even be able to move yet because if you look at the last picture it’s more on the right side and on the first picture it seems like it’s more to the left/middle. Thank you
