Pregnant and Cruising

I’m booked for a cruise to the Bahamas in October. I’ll be like 14-16weeks at that point. (I’m 3 minutes pregnant now and haven’t had a drs appointment just a very positive home test)

Anything I need to know? We don’t plan to tell anyone until Christmas, and will be traveling with my dad and our 7 and 4 year old kids, so I’d like to keep it as quiet as possible during the cruise. Does the cruise line need to know for any reason? Do excursions exclude pregnant people? 🧐
