6 weeks 5 days subchorionic hematoma

I went to the er yesterday and they did a follow up ultrasound. last week my clinic sent me for a possible ectopic but at the ultrasound they found cysts but everything else looked good.  it was too early to see baby. my hcg was 145. Yesterday, they saw baby and everything looked good and they're in the correct position so no issues there but they did see a subchorionic hematoma. I have 2 girls,  ages 10 and 2 and I've had 3 early pregnancy losses. the doctor wasn't concerned but said I could bleed. I'm nervous! anyone been through this? hcg was 13,175. hoping for a sticky baby bean! also I have a uti that they prescribed antibiotics for. they couldn't hear a heartbeat yet either... he said baby was about 5 weeks and he wasn't concerned.I have another ultrasound scheduled for Wednesday and I'm feeling a little nervous 😬 😅
