Ovulation following miscarriage

Will I ovulate the same after a miscarriage? I miscarried this year June 30th and I don’t know if I’m still coming off pregnancy symptoms. But when I got pregnant I was having pains a week later I tested positive. But now I’m still urinating every hour or so. And today and yesterday I am having uterine pains. I still haven’t revived my period so is it possible I could be pregnant again already ? I wasn’t a full month into my pregnancy probably a few weeks. I know all bodies are different but I just want to know if anyone has any tips or has any of the same experiences.
