7w2d symptoms disappeared? 🤔

I found I’m pregnant 4weeks ago. I had symptoms which was why I tested. Nausea, headache, cramping but for the past few days my symptoms have disappeared entirely. I don’t feel pregnant at all. I’d like to do another test but I feel at 7w2d I might end up with the hook effect. I won’t get scanned until 13weeks and my midwife has said not to worry but I can’t help but feel like something is off. I’ve not had any bleeding at all.

Has this happened to anyone else? Just looking for some reassurance or what to do (I live in the UK so scans and tests etc are different than what you would get elsewhere)
