Abdomen pain & Yellow mucus discharge

last night while working my 10 hour serving shift i started getting some sharp pains on my left side but then started hurting in the middle of my lower abdomen. i woke up this morning and my stomach is very tender to the touch and feels like sore muscles. Also have had some thick yellow mucus like discharge but not much of it. i am 12 weeks & this is my first pregnancy and i don’t know if i should be concerned. has anyone else experienced this?
