Faint lines on test? W/update

If these are accurate (I’m still in disbelief and still not sure if I believe it haha) then that means pregnant, but I’m having a hard time with my conception time zone. I calculated how far along based on my last period and it says I would be six weeks along, which feels extremely long. Could the faint lines have anything to do with it being early on in the pregnancy, say 3 weeks along?

I do have an appointment to be tested and checked on Monday, I am just extremely stressed out and just trying to make sense of everything.

I am 22 and this will be my first. (Any tips or advice much appreciated 🙂)

Edit for update: I AM PREGNANT! very nervous as this is my first time ever and I am 22! My husband and I are excited and can’t wait too see where this journey takes us :) we went to planned parenthood and got tested, they say we are between 7-9 weeks !
