Hiya my friends recommended me this app to try and gather some more information. I’m 21 and have recently in the past year been diagnosed with PCOS. Ever since a teen I have suffered with Trush. I can’t wear “sexy” underwear or bubble baths just anything really. I would start getting discharge within a few hours of wearing a thong. I was just wondering if anyone else suffers with this and if anyone has any tips. I have been to the doctors but they just give me treatment and that’s it.

Do not use any kind of soap or shower gel down there. U can clean ur butt but go nowhere near your vagina with soap. Only clean with water (outside, never inside). If it’s seeming like thrush, that’s BV. It can come and go from pH imbalances. I’ve struggled with it in the past from body soaps and using wet wipes. You have to be careful what you use down there and swap your razor regularly if you shave and don’t wax. Add Kefir to your diet. Drink 1 cup a day. And to help the thrush, use apple cider vinegar. Just a small dab on a rag, put on your labia ONLY. Can do on the inner as well, just be weary of getting it on your urethra opening. This can help bring your pH balance back up. If it continues t be an issue. I would get Fluconazole prescribed by your GYN.

Thrush is more in your mouth. If you’re having itchy redness and a swollen vagina that’s more of a yeast infection. You’ll also get cottage cheese like discharge with yeast infections. Not all discharge is bad so don’t panic. Look into monistat for over the counter options. My dr also suggested Bonafide. They have a product called Clairvee that is a probiotic that seems to help with yeast infections. Hope this helps

Do you mean thrush? Like a yeast infection? That’s a candida fungus overload. If that’s what you are talking about look into detoxes. But idk what TRUSH is.

I don’t know what Trush is.
Discharge all by itself is normal. If it’s liquidy, copious amounts, and smells bad or is thick, lumpy and you’re itchy- those are issues. Those are signs of infections. Regular discharge is normal.
