This is my 2nd pregnancy.
A total shock as I was in birth control and missed the prior period. I also have Hashimotos which can affect fertility. They found baby on an ultrasound by complete accident and followed up with a test to make sure it was true! Based on hormone levels I’m 3-4 weeks along. Praying everything goes well 💕
