Pregnant??

I had unprotected sex on the 7th but he didn’t cum. I haven’t gotten my period and I’m now 8 days late I have tested everyday and they are all negative. I have really bad cramps and have been so tired I’ve been sleeping so much. I’m also very bloated. Could I be pregnant? I haven’t been that stressed so I’m unsure why my period hasn’t come as it’s always on time. I’ve got a blood test for pregnancy on the 5th august but I want answers now 😫
