Is This normal?

So im currently 21 weeks pregnant with baby no 3. I havent felt much movement today but i have a home fetal doppler and found the heartbeat. But the whole day havent felt movement. They did say i have a averted placenta so idk if thats why. Is this normal to feel on and off movement ?

My son was born at 36 weeks via emergency C-section 2 months ago and my only symptom was  was lack of movement. Im definitely not trying to scare you, I’m just saying that I’m my personal experience with all this doctors urge you to go in if you feel anything at all could be wrong. Id personally go in for peace of mind especially if baby isn’t moving when your actively trying to get baby to move.

this is normal kick counts don’t start til 27 weeks. it’s early

Can you go for a walk, drink hot tea, or cold water, or do something else that would normally get baby to move?
