4 days missed period now worried is this implantation bleeding sorry for pic

So I posted a couple of days ago. I was due on my period on Friday still no period I done a pregnancy test yesterday and there was a very very very faint positive line but then today I wiped after going toilet and there is a bit of brownish red blood. Could this be implantation bleeding or could this be my period. I was taking the proceive tablets to help me become pregnant and I no that sometimes delays periods but it has not done this to me as yet but could it be that this time. I am very confused and frustrated x
