7 weeks pregnant spotting?

So I’m 7 weeks pregnant (i believe) and I’ve had brown spotting for about 4 days, no fresh or red blood. Looking for hope that maybe this is not a miscarriage happening again, I’m still waiting to hear back from my OB and they wouldnt be able to do my first appointment for 2 weeks from now and I’m kind of worried. The spotting isnt heavy but I did sneeze and had this small thin clot or possible mucus plug? Come out as i was showering i did not feel any pain or anything.
