Possible ectopic???

I got my last period on 3 July.
Ovulation on 13
On 24 beta hcg was 35.8
On 26 - 77.7
On 29- 273
I have like PMS cramps since last week, nothing special, they are more in the right side( Follicule was in the right ovary), no bleeding, no spotting.
I have appointment for 7 august, but im really worried if its ectopic....
