When only one of you is working on a relationship the next step is to break up right?

My relationship is basically dead in the water but we have kids so we're working on things. It feels to me like he isn't interested anymore but when I say that I'm in the wrong for not wanting to work on things... I will suggest going out for a drink and he'll suggest I go with a friend.

He spends everyday off doing his own thing.

When he actually does spend time with the kids he always wants to go without me.

Even little things like Ive been talking about a movie I was really excited about watching, suggested going to the cinema. Movies are my absolute favourite. That night I go to bed and he's watching it on his phone...
