First strong opk ever

So after 12 years 1 eptopic pregnancy and then having my son at 23 +6 in may this year due to spontaneous labour and him only living for 9 days we have decided that this can’t be the end and we want to try again I have pcos and have never had a positive opk ever and they said my pregnancies were spontaneous well I’ve been tracking the last 2 cycles and today has given me hope that I have had a high opk and it has given us hope that we will be blessed with another baby. We are both taking vitamins and I’ve lost some weight too.
