3 year old tongue

Does this look normal ? I'm going to make him an appointment Monday for his doctor cause where i am currently all the dentist are booked for a year so my mom said doctor but it's eating me up knowing idk what this is.. he won't stick his tongue out correctly so i had to take a video and screenshot photos but it also looks like his tongue is starting to deteriorate if that's the correct word
