I haven’t tracked my ovulation is roughly 4 years but recently decided we’d try again just to see what happens. Can anyone please take a look at my chart and help me understand what I’m looking at again? I used to know all of this stuff but I am L O S T because this looks all over the place to me. Any insight is appreciated 🫶🏻

The orange is the Lh test ratios you logged, you found your positive/peak so don’t have to keep testing or logging those. The blue is your bbt and based off your temps ovulation doesn’t seem to be confirmed yet. You need to continue taking your bbt. You’re looking to see a pattern of 3 consecutive temps higher than the previous 6 to have confirmed ovulation.
