Bloating? Twins?

I am 7weeks and 4 days today. Am I just bloated or could I be carrying twins? My family has the genes for twins/hyperovulation. My mother swears I am carrying the next family generation of twins. Lol which nice thought I’m not very thrilled or excited at the thought of it. I usually weigh 120 at 5’1, I am 31. I’m thinking it is just bloating! (This photo was when I first woke up and haven’t ate/drank anything yet. Also I started to bloat around 6weeks) tell me what you ladies think!?
