Hcg rising weirdly?

I had what i thought was my period 7/22 that lasted 5 days. My boobs were really sore 7/28 so i took a test and it was positive. Had my blood drawn (7/29) hcg was 88. Two days later (7/31) i got another blood draw hcg was 90 so i assumed i was going to miscarry. I was going to leave for vacation so did another blood draw (8/1) hcg was 120!? I’m currently on vacation and went to the ER this morning (8/5) per my OBs request and hcg is 393??

Has anyone experienced very slow rising hcg to doubling??
