4W 1D is this normal?

History of miscarriages and two ectopics.. never spotted w any other pregnancies and  I know it’s minimal. I’m just worried.

I was told that if the spotting is more than a panty liner to go in; I was also told that some spotting is normal in early pregnancy because the uterus can be irritated more easily because it's growing and expanding. 
So straining yourself trying to have a bowel movement can cause it; adult time can cause spotting; lack of water intake (dehydration) can cause spotting due to the uterus being irritated from lack of moisture in the body. 
That spotting is VERY MINIMAL and could be absolutely nothing, I had more than that around 14DPO and my numbers went up at my next blood draw at 16DPO. Haven't had any spotting since and my OB wasn't concerned either when I called the OB triage line about it when it was happening. My first ultrasound is next Tuesday at 8w. 🩷 Hopefully this helps ease your mind a little bit. You're doing great mama.
