Spotting a week before period
I just noticed I started spotting today (small blood stain on undies and slightly on shorts) but my period isn’t due to come until next week. Could it be stress? Since I been stressing a lot lately or something more? My last period was July 18 so not too sure if it’s just the stress or something else
