Do you eat cold chicken sandwiches and/or wraps??

I have been avoiding deli meat but I am craving a jalapeño ranch wrap from Jimmy John’s 🫠😫 it is served cold and has rotisserie chicken in it….

My OB always said you’re more likely to get listeria from lettuce than deli meat or unpasteurized cheeses - I eat subs and charcuterie like it’s my job, it’s the only thing I’ve craved every pregnancy (this is my fourth)

I eat any kind of lunch meat I want lol. Bagged vegetables and fruit are way more common culprits of listeria

My last pregnancy I had jimmy John’s every single week 2-3 times and my son who is now 2 is absolutely fine.
