Is my baby dad a pedophile

So my situation is kind of complicated and i’m just going to sum it up. I have a 3 year old daughter and her father passed away over a year ago. I met this other guy September of last year, i ended up finding out i was pregnant with his child in december. despite being pregnant with his child i ended up leaving him in january because i didn’t feel a connection with him. he’s been involved in this pregnancy since the beginning and i do everything to make sure he’s involved in his child’s life because that’s what he wants. it’s now coming up to my due date in a couple weeks and we’ve been “hanging out” more often to prepare for the baby. i feel like everytime we hangout he’s like trying to ask to take MY 3 year old daughter out by himself and then tonight he asked to have a sleepover with her. of course i deny everytime. it’s really concerning because i can’t tell if it’s innocent and he’s just trying to be involved in her life as well as his own unborn child’s but i’m obviously not going to trust that.
