help, what could this be from?

i just happened to notice i had random little red dots pop up on my butt (sorry tmi) but they are all under the skin. they don’t hurt or itch, nothing out of the ordinary and i probably wouldn’t have even noticed if i hadn’t seen them in the mirror when getting dressed.

my friend is worried it could be from blood clots, i tried calling my doctor to ask but all of the clinics around my area are closed today 🥲

has anyone else experienced this?
