Are period headaches a thing?

If not when do pregnancy headaches start? I’ve never had a headache like I’ve got right now, I’m craving some foods badly too, but I’m not due on till tomorrow so don’t know if I’m coming down with something or should be heading to the shop or what 🤦‍♀️ any help appreciated
