This my first time actually seeing the left side darker then the right this was after 5 min of taking it. I bd the night before and today. How do i even track the dpo

Yes that is a peak opk. You typically ovulate within 48 hours after a positive opk so it’s difficult to say exactly how many dpo you are without tracking bbt. I’d count the day after your peak test as ovulation day, and the next day as 1 dpo.
