Hey before anyone goes off telling me just breast milk and formula please read. I took my baby in to the doctors today at 3 and a half months old. the doctor said he has good head control and is ready for baby ceral and mushed food. This is more to explore texture, then to actually eat and to interduce allergiens early to prevent food sensitives and learn if he has them early. I just don’t know what to give him. I’m gonna make him home made baby cereal and was thinking avacodo or banana becuase they are very very soft. But I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I should try.
