Found out I’m pregnant, based on my gestational sac and yolk sac size they said 5 weeks and 4 days but no fetal pole as of yet 🥹and it’s scaring me. My hcg levels were super high though 14,498 so I’m just confused. This is my first pregnancy, my symptoms are increasing like now I have severe morning sickness and a little back ache and EXTREMELY TIRED falling in and out of sleep. Still nervous that there’s no fetal pole or they can’t see it yet. Has anyone been through this before, I have an appt with obgyn next week Thursday. I will be going to urgent care though to get another blood test this Thursday or Friday to make sure my hcg is doubling correctly.
